    Sassi is a chenille with viscose pile, cotton warp, and linen weft. The light sheen effect of the chenille and the relief of the jacquard pattern give it a touch of elegance: the result of exclusive research developed at the Rubelli weaving mill. The name (“sassi” means “stones”, “pebbles”) comes from a design that reproduces simple pebbles. Sassi is a very durable fabric, suitable for upholstery.
